HR Specialist

Overview

PSA Development Center is looking for a HR Specialist to join our team!

Conducting full-cycle recruiting duties such as posting job vacancies, sourcing IT technical candidates, and conducting interviews for Belarusian and foreign markets (EU, USA);
Preparing job offers, communication with candidates, maintaining candidates' database and archive;
Preparing vacancies reports and performing market researches;
Accompanying the employee at all stages of their working cycle at the company: recruiting, onboarding, appraisals, dismissal;
Creating of HR policies and other internal HR documents;
Ensuring smooth operational activities of the HR Department, including participation at corporate event organization, resolving administrative issues, etc.;

Excellent communication skills;
Minimum of 1 year experience in IT recruitment;
English language proficiency at or above Upper-Intermediate level, and you ready to master it further;
Independence at work and ability to learn, understanding of the importance of asking the right questions in a timely manner;
Strong self-presentation skills and a proactive attitude;
A professional, confidential, and ethical approach at all times.
